WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible with a replacement or refund. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will not refund the item unless it is damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Orders may take between 7 - 29 days, but most of the time our products arrive much earlier. We use that time frame to take into account potential delays at customs which are unfortunately out of our control, it may take longer for delivery to some countries, states or more remote areas. During peak holiday times, shipping internationally can take up to 60 business days.
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, the logistic delays can be expected as current volumes are greater. The heavy volume of packages, reduced flights and the impact of social distancing in sorting centres and postal facilities all contribute to delays. If order isn't received after 60 days, please contact us at email@example.com and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.
A package is not considered lost until 60 days post shipment.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check on your orders status via the 'TRACK ORDER' page on our website. Simply enter in the email you used to order and the order number prefixed with a #, eg. #1234.
NOTE: sometimes it may take 2~5 days to update shipping/tracking information online.
